As a CRO freelancer, I have over ten years of experience in the optimization of e-commerce platforms, online shops and digital business models. My expertise ranges from the development and evaluation of complex A/B tests to the introduction of company-wide CRO programmes and the management of agile teams at C-level.
My most recent projects include the role of CRO Manager & AB Tasty Engineer at Misumi Europe, where I design and analyse A/B tests and support the team in building a culture of experimentation. As a Website Optimization Consultant for Scanhaus Marlow, I trained the team in web analytics (GA4), identified UX potential and carried out A/B tests.
At H World International (Steigenberger Hotels, Intercityhotels and other hotel brands), as CRO Consultant & Coach, I set up an in-house CRO programme, defined processes and enabled the e-commerce team to independently develop and analyse A/B tests – including complex tests on React-based SPAs. For IONOS (by 1&1) I worked as Conversion Manager & Adobe Target Engineer, trained the team in Adobe Target and presented test concepts up to C-Level.
My experience also includes the optimization of B2B and B2C platforms at companies such as XING E-Recruiting, Mobexo and AIDA Cruises. During my time as Interim Vice President Digital Business Development at AIDA Cruises, I set up an agile software development unit with 40 employees and was responsible for the company’s digital strategy.
