H World International (Steigenberger, Intercityhotel etc.)

H World International, based in Frankfurt am Main, is a leading company in the international hotel industry. Its portfolio includes renowned hotel brands such as Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts, MAXX by Deutsche Hospitality, Jaz in the City, Intercityhotel and Zleep Hotels. With a broad range of brands, H World International serves a wide variety of target groups – from luxurious five-star hotels to modern budget hotels.

My job at H World International

As a CRO consultant, coach and developer for A/B testing tools (VWO & Kameleoon), I supported H World International across several projects. My tasks included setting up and implementing an in-house CRO program as well as developing and managing the CRO roadmap for the international booking platform hrewards.com.

I enabled the e-commerce team to design, carry out and evaluate A/B tests independently – without external support. I also established an efficient test idea management system with regular ideation sessions, backlog, prioritization, board and test archive. Another focus was the development and implementation of complex A/B tests on a React-based application.

Misumi Europa GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, is part of the globally active Misumi Group and is one of the leading B2B wholesalers for mechanical components and automation technology. The company supplies customers from a wide range of industries with an extensive range of standardized and individually configurable components – quickly, reliably and in the highest quality.

My job at Misumi

As CRO Manager and AB Tasty Engineer, I have been supporting Misumi Europe as a freelancer since May 2024. My tasks include the development and evaluation of A/B tests with AB Tasty as well as the presentation of the results to relevant stakeholders. I develop hypotheses, create test concepts and regularly share my knowledge with the team. In addition, I advise the company on the development of an experimentation culture and support the integration of corresponding approaches into the organization and processes.

My job at IONOS

As Conversion Manager and Adobe Target Engineer, I worked for IONOS as a freelancer in two project phases. My tasks included the implementation and development of A/B tests in Adobe Target and training the team in the use of the tool. I evaluated test approaches, developed hypotheses and test concepts and carried out the statistical analysis of the test results in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. I regularly presented the results and recommendations to both developers and stakeholders up to C-level.

My job at ScanHaus

As a Website Optimization Consultant, I have been supporting ScanHaus Marlow as a freelancer since March 2024. My tasks include coaching the team in the area of web analytics with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and identifying optimization potential with the help of UX analyses and user survey tools. I develop and carry out A/B tests with Varify.io and regularly present ideas and results to the management. I also take on web project management tasks.
